The Operations-Dispatch Department, headquartered in Roaring Spring, is unquestionably the heart and soul of
 our company. It has the greatest impact on our customers; therefore, we spend a great deal of time making sure it is performing to their expectations. We are constantly finding ways to improve our service and recently have made our operations fully computerized, added new personnel, and expanded responsibilities. These improvements, added to our existing round-the-clock dispatch, 24 hour FAX service, efficient communications with our drivers through the use of Qualcomm mobile communications system and a pleasant, friendly rapport with our customers help to make our Operations Department second to none.
Satellite Communications

All trucks are equipped with satellite communication units. This allows direct communication with drivers and timely knowledge of the location and status of each shipment. This information is critical, especially in a "just in time" world.
